Prospective Member Application

Thank you for your interest in Clayton Area Homeschool Group (CAHG)!  We are glad you found us.  Please take a look at the following before filling out an application to be sure that this group is what you are looking for. 

  • We do require an annual registration fee of $45 per family.
    - This membership fee covers administrative costs to run the group for the year.
  • You will also be required to pay a Student Fee of $45/semester per child.
    - Student fees are how we cover the cost of curriculum and supplies for our classes.
  • A background check is required to be completed every 2 years to continue your activity as an adult in our group.
  • We are a Christian co-op. Co-Op stands for "Co-operative". We must all cooperate with each other to have a successful community and everyone has a job to make things run.
  • We are not a drop off program. We require a parent to stay onsite for the entire co-op day and to actively participate in the group
  • We are unashamedly a Christian Home Education Group made up of believers who seek to honor the Lord in our homeschooling & corporately as well.

Payment is NOT due until your membership process is completed and that confirmation email has been received.
